Bill Lyman concentrates his practice in (i) public and private construction related transactions and litigation, primarily for subcontractors, engineers, owners and title companies; (ii) mechanics lien and surety bond litigation; (iii) construction engineers professional liability defense; (iv) buying and selling construction related businesses; (v) real estate transactions and litigation and (vi) insurance, commercial, collection transactions and litigation.

He has tried cases in Cook, DuPage, Kane and Lake Counties in Illinois; Tennessee and Wyoming. He has litigation experience in Iowa, Washington, South Carolina, Texas and Georgia. He has also arbitrated and mediated cases in Illinois.
